Traders and Catering application for Luton Carnival 2025
Thank you for considering trading at The Luton International Carnival 2025 on Sunday 25 May 2025. We invite you to complete the online forms, adding as much detail as possible. More importantly, returning your information to us within the deadlines set and any Fees & Charges.
Deadline: Sunday 02 March 2024, 11:59 pm.
Luton Carnival 2025 Food Concession pitch sites, will be re-located within the Town Centre footprint, adjacent to St. George’s Square, the main performance Zone, along George Street, Manchester Street and New Bedford Road, LU1.
ALL FEES and CHARGES: Payments due to Luton Borough Council (e.g Town Centre Trading Fee- £39.00) or UKCCA (e.g Hire Pitch Fee)
10% (non-refundable) deposit of your invoice, is required to secure your pitch.
100% of the balance of your invoice must be fully paid in advance of the event date:
Deadline for applications: Sunday 02 March 2025, 11:59 pm.
Deadline for 10% deposit: Sunday 09 March 2025, 11:59 pm.
Deadline for full payment of fees: Sunday 30 March 2025, 11:59 pm.
Essential Information
Please answer all relevant questions and provide as much information and supporting evidence as possible:
All applicants must complete Sections 1-7; sign and date their application and read Section 8.
All applicants must provide, regardless of the size and nature of their stall request, the following:
Fully completed LIC24 Stall Holder Application Form by Sunday 02 March 2025, 11:59pm.
Risk Assessment for your activities on Carnival Day
Valid Public Liability Insurance cover
Photograph of your stall
Full payment of the Luton Council‘s Occassional Trading Consent License Fee of £39.00.
Full payment of the Holding Deposit (10% of your pitch fee) to secure a pitch by Sunday 09 March 2025, 11:59pm
Full payment of all outstanding fees and charges by Sunday 30 March 2025, 11:59pm.
Pitches

Your Pitch Fee covers the cost of your allocated pitch only. You must provide your own marquee / gazebo, stall, table, extinguishers, barriers, etc

Luton Council‘s Occassional Trading Consent License Fee of £39.00 is in addition to any pitch fee. The application will require you to send duplicate information directly to Luton Borough Council. You will not be able to operate at Carnival without obtaining a Occassional Trading Consent Licence.
